About
I established and lead the global deal desk, overseeing deal structuring for hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and subscription services. I optimized the deal approval process by developing advanced financial models, which reduced approval times. By coordinating with the global sales team, I create customized deal structures for strategic proposals. I present complex deals to senior management to secure internal approvals. Additionally, I supervise the deal desk team, conduct performance evaluations, and designed a training program that reduces on-boarding times.
In my role, I prepare and present detailed quarterly reports on pricing and uplift analysis, providing insights that drive pricing adjustments. I monitor the commit list of active deals and participate in sales forecast calls. I lead a comprehensive data analysis project to identify pricing trends. My other initiatives include implementing a revenue optimization strategy that increased ARR by over 10%, streamlining the commission approval process, and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
I launched the deal management desk, streamlining internal processes to reduce deal approval times and accelerate the Quote to Cash process. My role involved providing comprehensive commercial and transactional support, which facilitated the closure of over 300 new and renewal B2B contracts for SaaS services.
I developed customized deal strategies that aligned with corporate goals, mitigated risk, and maximized revenue. I managed negotiations with Fortune 500 clients, orchestrated the preparation of over 50 contracts annually, and ensured compliance with company policies. Additionally, I designed a standardized profit and loss model and received multiple prestigious awards for outstanding performance and leadership.
