About
Dear Hiring Manager,
I design the Revenue Architecture underneath GTM teams. Over the past five years I've built CRM systems from scratch, operationalised Bow Tie handoff infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and applied Efficiency lever modelling to translate stage conversion rates into daily operating standards that move teams from scatter-gun activity to maths-backed execution.
At Ugly Baby, I built a five-layer Revenue Architecture diagnostic: the 360° Revenue Engine Assessment. This covers Revenue Model, GTM Model, CS Model, Data Model, and Operating Model, delivering structured findings reports with 90-day phased roadmaps. At Yu Energy, I managed renewals across four customer segments, working to £3m+ targets in Salesforce whilst engineering the qualification standards and pipeline hygiene that kept forecast accuracy within range. Both roles required building things that hadn't existed before and getting commercial teams to use them.
My tool stack spans HubSpot (three-Hub builds including Service Hub), Salesforce, and Dynamics 365. I'm also building in the AI automation layer; I recently built an n8n pipeline that classifies and scores job alert emails using an LLM, writes structured vault logs, and pushes Telegram notifications, from scratch in two days.
Alongside that, I've built a structured knowledge system from scratch, a personal RevOps oracle combining a manually constructed knowledge graph, a persistent memory layer, and agentic retrieval across 200+ interconnected notes. I arrived at the architecture independently; an EY GDS Consulting research paper recently published in February 2026 classified the same three-pattern combination as production-grade enterprise RAG architecture. The next build is a semantic search layer via ChromaDB and an MCP server. I built it because the work requires it, not because a course told me to.
I'm immediately available, based in Leeds, and targeting Revenue Operations Manager or Sales Operations Manager roles at £50k+. I'm not looking for a role to slot into. I'm looking for one where building something better than what existed before is the point.
Thank you for considering my application,
Respectfully,
Nicolas A Sanchez
