I build the operational backbone that lets businesses scale—whether that’s a $250M+ ARR SaaS company, a state-funded nonprofit serving 16,000 families, or a 274-unit residential community I govern as elected board president.
Over 15 years, I’ve founded, hired, and scaled teams from 20 to 50+ across the US and Latin America. I’ve integrated 7 acquisitions into unified systems in under 3 years. I’ve driven 50% CAGR by turning Customer Success into a revenue engine, cut $400K in OPEX within 6 months, and improved win rates 20% YoY on a $1.5B pipeline. But what I’m most proud of isn’t any single metric - it’s the pattern: I take complex, underperforming operations and turn them into systems that create repeatable value. I’ve done it in SaaS (Kaseya, Sapiens, Mainline, Simpro), in satellite telecom (MTN), and in community governance (Harbor Village, Waterways, UM-NSU CARD).
