I build the operational backbone that lets businesses scale - whether that's a global SaaS platform, a $1B enterprise, or a 274-unit residential community I govern as elected board president.
Over 15 years, I've founded functions from scratch and turned operational complexity into repeatable systems. I stood up a Deal Desk and Revenue Assurance team at Kaseya that accelerated $250M in ARR and mitigated $10M+ in annual churn. I designed the recurring revenue model at Mainline. And I've integrated 7 acquired companies into unified quote to cash systems in under 3 years. I'm currently building Simpro Group's first global renewals operation across four brands and three regions.
What ties it together: I take messy, undefined operational problems - no pipeline inspection process, no renewals function, no QBR process, no deal qualification framework, no forecast model - and turn them into instrumented, scalable systems with clear metrics and accountability.
I also serve in fiduciary board roles overseeing combined budgets exceeding $3M, including as Board President of a 274-unit community association and previously as a constituency board member for UM-NSU CARD, a state-funded nonprofit serving 16,000+ families across South Florida.
