I’ve worked with Y Combinator-backed startups and other early-stage companies in the U.S. and Europe to build and optimize sales operations from the ground up. My focus is on blending strategy with hands-on execution, especially in KPI reporting, forecasting, and process automation.

• KPI Reporting & Sales Forecasting: Built detailed Excel models and dashboards tracking metrics like quota attainment, win rates, pipeline velocity, and ACV—used by leadership for strategic planning and performance reviews.
• Process Optimization: Streamlined lead handoff, reporting, and daily operations across SDR, AE, and marketing teams, saving over 120 working hours weekly through automation and system improvements.
• CRM & Tech Stack Management: Maintained and customized CRMs (Zendesk sell, HubSpot) and integrated different apps through Zapier to improve data flow, pipeline visibility, and team efficiency.
• Sales Enablement: Led onboarding and training for new reps, developing scalable playbooks and workflows that improved ramp time and process adoption.
