• 13+ years of hands-on Deal Desk experience at Gartner. In 2012, when Gartner was a $1.6B company, hired specifically to introduce and roll out the first centralized Deal Desk support function and Oracle/Siebel CPQ automation to sales teams in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Spain, Portugal, and Italy — extending the early ~2010 US/EMEA pilot. Many of the original processes, service-agreement templates, and approval frameworks created during that 2012 launch remain in daily use across today’s Global Deal Hub, which now supports $6.375B in worldwide revenue.
• Currently one of only four analysts worldwide exclusively dedicated to Brazil and all of LATAM within Gartner’s $6.375B Global Deal Hub.
