The sales operations & events specialist role is key to helping our organization run smoothly and effectively.

Individuals applying for this role should have demonstrated the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and independently.

Support the company strategy for growth and client services whist working with key stakeholders to develop strong relationships.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

Event Coordination & Execution

Start to finish logistics and operational management of all 360 internal and external events (including meeting vendors, set up/pack down of supplies & decorations, and working with staff to the completion of a successful event)

Operations/Administration

Office management, including liaising with building management and general operations management.

Policies & Procedures

Provide support to HR function re communications and information to managers and staff

on policies and procedures.

Culture & Values

Act as an advocate for the 360 Group and continually look for ways the business values can be further embedded into the company.

Marketing, Sales/Distribution

Collaborate with marketing teammates and other internal and external stakeholders, to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all operations, events and marketing functions

ABOUT YOU:

Skills

Demonstrated Project Management/Event Experience; Creative Thinking; Decision-making skills and proactive demeaner; Time Management, Networking and Leadership Skills are advantageous.

Knowledge

Understanding of Microsoft office suite of programs, including Powerpoint, Word and Adobe.

Experience

Ideally 3 years’ experience in event management, and 3 years Marketing/Executive Administration and working in the field.

Work effectively, with initiative, integrity & self-management

Showing concern for completeness and accuracy around tasks, information and project management.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team

Effectively manages ones’ time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

On the ground support for Operations & Marketing team where required.

Logistics & Event Operations including on site visitations, set up/down as required.
