As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, Chief Financial Officer - CFO to be a cornerstone of our executive team.

The Chief Financial Officer - CFO will first and foremost be a Strategist and not a “Traditional, Accountant”. They need to make recommendations about uncertain future events, many that involve a high degree of risk, and comfortable taking responsibility for those recommendations, whether or not they pan out.

This role is not for the faint of heart. You need to be wired like an Entrepreneur, not an “Accountant”. You need to have the gift of figuring out how to make something work, not telling people why it can’t work. You need to be uncommon.

Chief Financial Officer – CFO Key Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and drive strategic initiatives and accounting operations
Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and drive long-term strategic plans
Manage, lead and direct all members of the Finance & Accounting Teams
Collaborate with CEO on growth opportunities, M&A, and capital investments
Partner with CEO and COO to create new methods for financial modeling, budgeting, and most importantly, forecasting and projections

Chief Financial Officer – CFO Requirements:

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of accounting and finance experience in roles of increasing responsibility
