365 Holdings is a serial acquirer and operator of consumer products businesses. Our holding company has a 7+ year track record of buying, growing, and turning around eCommerce, DTC, and CPG businesses. Today the portfolio consists of 5 individual businesses.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on CFO to lead our accounting and financial operations. This is a strategic role interfacing heavily with Holdings and Business Unit level leadership. You are the right person for this role if you believe in your ability to assist in the complications of international subsidiaries and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute accounting operations that support business growth and profitability.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term strategic planning.
- Partner with COO to work on financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Support CEO with growth opportunities, M&A, and capital investments.
Financial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax planning, and compliance with GAAP.
- Ensure strong internal controls and risk management processes.
- Support CEO in relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
Business & Performance Management
- Track KPIs and financial metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards to inform leadership.
- Implement and improve ERP, accounting, and reporting systems
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor an offshore finance and accounting team, consisting of a Controller, 2 Senior Accounting Managers and 2 Bookkeepers.
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and efficiency.
- Design, build, implement, and monitor systems, processes, and internal controls for accounting, cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights and business impacts to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CPA preferred)
- Expertise in manufacturing, global trade, import/export, and cost accounting
- Experience in mid-market companies ($30M–$100M revenue), ideally in consumer products
- Demonstrated experience in building accounting systems and processes from scratch
- Experience in merchant account reconciliation
- Experience with sales tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial modeling
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
