Role Definition:

We are seeking a driven Manager of Sales Operations with a passion for project management and an interest in technical products to play a key role in client onboarding by supporting internal and external partnerships. The candidate will be responsible from initial product scope definition to final delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

Work hand in hand with business development and buyers to ensure proper Procurement and Pricing
Build and coordinate execution of customer quotes between various departments
Source parts, analyse supplies and prepare quotations
Collaborate with the buyers to ensure complete follow-up on proposals, program deliverables and issue resolutions, while ensuring that the information is accurately transmitted to the customer
Provide advanced technical support both for internal and external customers as well as vendors
Work with the procurement team to ensure materials are received on time
Monitor and expedite customer orders; liaise on a regular basis with several departments to ensure smooth order flow and on time delivery
Update SAP system
Support outside sales reps and agents
Field customer emails and inquiries
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Project Management or similar position
Bilingual (English & French) with excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, creativity and ability to engage various teams
Dynamic, driven and wiling to learn with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Capacity to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex project deliveries
Ability to travel occasionally to develop targeted customers
Experience with SAP systems an asset
Experience in aerospace, telecommunication, oil and gas, defence, industrial equipment, automotive and medical environment an asset
Strong computer literacy especially Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per year
