Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Business Operations, located in Delhi. The responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations, leading recruitment initiatives, strategizing process enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The role will require managing staff performance, driving operational efficiencies, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate is expected to mentor team members, monitor project deliverables, and foster relationships with stakeholders to align business objectives.

Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Operations and Strategies

Proven leadership skills in managing operations, team supervision, and employee mentorship
Expertise in business strategy, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
Experience in business operations, preferably with exposure to education or professional services
Proficiency in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and compliance management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred

Preference- Candidate from Edtech or Education industry
