Role Description The Senior Manager – Business Operations (Education/EdTech) will lead end-to-end business operations for Aimlay’s education and recruitment verticals in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational workflows, optimizing processes, and managing cross-functional coordination between counseling, admissions, academic partners, and support teams. The role will involve monitoring key performance metrics, driving operational excellence initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of programs, learner journeys, and recruitment-related activities. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and partner satisfaction. The position also includes mentoring and developing team members, implementing best practices in EdTech operations, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong business operations and operations management skills to oversee end-to-end processes in an education/EdTech environment.
- Proficiency in program management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple a

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
