As the Head of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation for SMB lending products. This position requires a strong background in sales and finance to effectively lead our operations team and drive our company's success.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the operations team, overseeing day-to-day operations and setting clear goals and KPIs.
Sales Strategy Integration: Leverage your sales background to align operational strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a harmonious approach towards achieving revenue targets.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, while proactively managing operational risks.
Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
