Bishop & Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Operations who can roll up their sleeves to be tactical and also strategic for a tech company based out of Hawaii and West Coast.

This is a remote opportunity that develops and executes the business sales plans to grow the business and strategically support initiatives. The Head of Sales leads the sales team in coaching and mentoring to convert leads to sales.

The ideal candidate is a growth champion, driving revenue programs and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

10+ years in development/implementation of marketing/sales plans and forecasts
Ability to use data to drive scalable campaigns with a clear ROI
Start up, tech sales/management experience
Experience selling software solutions, preferred
