Overview of the Role

Our Costco team is growing, and we are looking for a Manager Sales Operations to act as liaison between our clients and Costco Wholesale to support our Sales Team in their efforts to increase sales and onboard new clients.
Hybrid role; must be within driving distance of our San Diego office
Salary range for this position is $62,000 – 82,000

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune

Onboarding New Clients and putting together pricing proposals for Sales to present to Costco buying
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with Costco and clients and be available and responsive to their real time needs
Daily PO tracking and updating GenWeb portal
Reacting and resolving issues as they come up on daily basis with regards to logistics delays or order shortages and communicating in a timely manner with Costco
Providing all item/system maintenance, new item submissions and promotional support, etc.
Ability to complete necessary paperwork and assist clients in completing

What You Should Bring to the Table

A highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
Ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers & colleagues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good experience with computers and virtual live meetings
Good math skills, ability to calculate value at cost and sell
Effective time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
