The Cerby Team is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will be responsible for maximizing our revenue potential by optimizing and streamlining the various processes that underpin our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. You will be the first in this role and report to our Director of Marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of revenue-related strategies. The ideal candidate will be the resident expert on Hubspot features and functionalities, possess a deep understanding of Hubspot's capabilities and best practices, and have an analytical mind to leverage data-driven insights in decision-making.

Job Description

What you will do:

Process optimization: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to streamline and automate lead generation and quality and unblock bottlenecks in the sales funnel using Hubspot's tools and integrations.
Data management: Implement and maintain data integrity practices within Hubspot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, deal tracking, and revenue attribution.
Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Hubspot to track key revenue metrics, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
Technology integration: Identify opportunities to integrate Hubspot with other business-critical tools beyond our current stack (Zoominfo, Gong, Intercom) to enhance overall revenue operations.
Training and support: Conduct training sessions for internal teams to enhance their Hubspot proficiency, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to support revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in working with Hubspot and Salesforce, including certifications if available.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools beyond Hubspot is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and embracing new challenges.

Additional Information

Below is the approved base salary range for this position. It does not include total compensation factors like benefits, health insurance, and the value of Cerby equity.

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000

The final salary offered to a candidate may be higher or lower dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate experience, interview performance, references, and budgetary constraints.
