We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire supply chain process, from order receipt to fulfilment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

· Demand Forecasting:

· Analyse market trends, historical data, and customer insights to forecast demand accurately.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional activities, new product launches, and market dynamics that may impact demand.

· Order Management:

· Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

· Coordinate with the production team to ensure production schedules align with customer demand.

· Monitor production capacity and adjust production plans as needed to meet customer requirements.

· Warehouse Management:

· Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and space utilization.

· Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

· Logistics Coordination:

· Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

· Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers and monitor their performance against service level agreements.

· Customer Relationship Management:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolution of issues.

· Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to understand their needs and preferences.

· Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.

· Implement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
