About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a dynamic company headquartered in Singapore. This dual-support role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a keen understanding of executive-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for both CEO and CFO
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for internal and external meetings
Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion

Communication & Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and proofread emails, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism
Facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership

Administrative Excellence:

Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Track deadlines, deliverables, and key initiatives across both executive offices
Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking

Project Coordination:

Assist in coordinating strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of executive priorities

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leaders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with grace and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
