Provides day-to-day support and analysis and support for a wide variety of present and potential business initiatives. Primary activities include the administration and maintenance of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system and the Salesforce.com platform. Additional activities include the enhancement and support of additional sales enablement tools. Work closely with functional leaders, organization units, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes and system enhancements. High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required in order to establish and maintain positive working relationships with numerous internal parties.

Responsibilities

Provides day-to-day system maintenance within the Incentive Compensation and Salesforce.com customer record management systems. Activities include maintaining the user base, assisting with case resolution, and validation of opportunities for accuracy and support of the system users.
Assist with the preparation and planning of system upgrades and assess impacts to the different system environments. Define and document user requirements.
Maintain knowledge of the ICM and Salesforce.com system enhancements and provide organizational assessment of the potential impacts.
Assist with Sales Commission reporting and system enhancements for the various sales channels.
Develop and track Sales performance metrics. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports.
Use Business Analytics to optimize operational performance.
Work with internal teams to define and establish best practices.
Participate in sales processes and functions may include trade shows, industry events, presentations, meetings, etc.
Enable productivity tools to improve our speed to market.
Create Sales training tools.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Work performed indoors with physical activity consisting of normal office work. Occasional travel required. Utilize basic office machines and computer equipment daily.
Works closely with and influences internal groups such as Sales, Product Management, Installation Project Management, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field, or 3 years’ experience.
Excellent project management and a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize requests.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and current certification or the ability to be certified.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of financial concepts.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $45,071 – $68,315
