Position Overview:

Copyleaks is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. As a key member of the sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within HubSpot CRM.
Maintain data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, and deduplication processes.
Assist Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping.
Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
Conduct HubSpot data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Hubspot reporting/dashboard management.
Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of sales processes and tools.
Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Collaborative and proactive approach with a bias for action and ownership.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GovSpend, Zoominfo, and Chorus is a plus.
Prior experience in tender responses is preferred.
