Position Overview:

Copyleaks is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key member of the business operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting different departments, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within Salesforce CRM.
Maintain CRM data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, audits and deduplication processes.
Assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping.
Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
Conduct Salesforce data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Salesforce reporting/dashboard management.
Support CRM administration, fields creation, automations and integrations.
Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in operations, sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of CRM administration and processes.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Location: New York (hybrid). We meet in the office (located in Flatiron) 3 days a week.
