Starting wage is $22.00/hr. DOE

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Required experience:

One year experience in Automotive Industry doing Car Deal Postings
Preferred, one year experience with DealerTrack DMS, or similar system

Some of the duties include:

Keeps workstation organized and clean.
Prepare and post new/used retail car deals
Process trade payoffs
Maintain pending deals and contracts in transit report weekly
A/R (customer deferred and down payments, every Friday)
Register ally warranties when funded
Semi monthly 8300 report runs.
Reconcile reserves (Wells, Hapo, Ally, Capital One, Bank of America)
Warranty cancellation submittals and payments
Weekly/monthly schedules – GAP/SVC Contract, CIT, Cust AR, Uncapped Deals, Reserves, Lien Payoffs, 8300
Maintains a professional appearance and conduct.
Other duties, as assigned.
