You will be attached to our New York HQ, operating globally and working jointly with our Paris office, and reporting to our Head of Business Operations in Paris.

To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Business Ops team. The team is currently composed of 2 CRM Engineers and 2 Business Data Analysts.

Our objective is to provide the different departments with all the tools necessary to generate new business and provide them with the insights necessary to accelerate our growth. This position is key to achieving our growth objectives in the US, you will have the opportunity to work with all departments (Growth / Sales / CSM / Finance / Marketing) on the following topics:

Be our referrer for the North & South American markets Partner with the Analytics team (part of Revenue Ops as well) in order to provide insights & solve identified gaps and improve the revenue team’s efficiency/plan attainment Define strategic KPIs to create and follow Assist in core operational tasks, including database maintenance or enhancements, CRM quality... Work on our Go To Market & ABM strategy Manage business requests from the different stakeholders

Manage our business stack Partner with the Ops Engineering team (part of Revenue Ops as well) in order to have our systems & processes fully optimized and efficient Make sure our different tools are used and in a proper way Challenge our current stack (Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Aircall, Texau...) Manage the needs of the different stakeholders Manage our renewal contract

Support Growth, Sales, CSM & Marketing teams in the US Act as a trusted advisor to the US Business teams Support and Train our stakeholders in their day to day operational work

Work on quotas & objectives Partner closely with our Growth & Sales teams to define new quotas per quarter Quotas follow-up & alerting if under forecast Challenge our annual & quarter forecasting

Manage transversal projects Tools migration / implementation Attribution Model rules definition

What we look for:

At least 2 years of experience as a revenue ops manager
A business profile, customer-oriented and result-oriented
Familiar with CRM & Data Viz tools / Excel / Powerpoint / SQL
Previous experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
Data-driven thinker
Cross-functional communicator
Organized, great at multitasking, and highly structured
Empathetic, enthusiastic, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills
