Derby Men - A leading responsible Men's Wear Brand, headquartered in Chennai is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Operations Manager to manage a cluster of stores.

Key responsibilities:

Build & execute the sales strategy for the respective cluster which is in line with the Company Strategy
Management of FOFO, FOCO & COCO Stores
Own & hit annual Sales target and ensure ROI for Brand & Franchisee Partners.
Meet collection Target as per company policy
Ensure smooth functioning of Sales process & management of Store Teams and Franchisee Partners
Identity cluster performance improvement opportunities & oversee implementation
Monitor adherence to Sales & collection policies
Monitor Accounts receivable & Cashflow
Monitor Store and Stock dashboards for improving the Store sales performance
Monitor cluster performance and compare the brand vis--vis Competitors brands
Provide reports on sales performance on a timely basis
Lead & nurture the store team by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis & ensuring continuous development of the team

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 8 Years in relevant field
Having exposure to Retail operation
Should have been managing set of atleast 10 stores for a minimum of 3 years
Good Knowledge of the retail apparel market in Tamil Nadu
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Graduated with either a 3- or 4-year degree plus an MBA with focus on Sales/Marketing from a reputable university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
