Derby Men - A leading responsible Men's Wear Brand, headquartered in Chennai is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Operations Manager to manage a cluster of stores.
Key responsibilities:
- Build & execute the sales strategy for the respective cluster which is in line with the Company Strategy
- Management of FOFO, FOCO & COCO Stores
- Own & hit annual Sales target and ensure ROI for Brand & Franchisee Partners.
- Meet collection Target as per company policy
- Ensure smooth functioning of Sales process & management of Store Teams and Franchisee Partners
- Identity cluster performance improvement opportunities & oversee implementation
- Monitor adherence to Sales & collection policies
- Monitor Accounts receivable & Cashflow
- Monitor Store and Stock dashboards for improving the Store sales performance
- Monitor cluster performance and compare the brand vis--vis Competitors brands
- Provide reports on sales performance on a timely basis
- Lead & nurture the store team by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis & ensuring continuous development of the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 Years in relevant field
- Having exposure to Retail operation
- Should have been managing set of atleast 10 stores for a minimum of 3 years
- Good Knowledge of the retail apparel market in Tamil Nadu
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Graduated with either a 3- or 4-year degree plus an MBA with focus on Sales/Marketing from a reputable university
