Job Summary
The Business Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing various business functions, analyzing data to support strategic decisions, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools, enabling them to support the organization’s growth and operational goals.

Duties

Work across multiple teams to coordiate projects and support alignment.
Utilize data analysis skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain internal systems Unanet , Share Point, and other analytics tools to visualize key performance indicators.
Implement process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create process documentation for projects.
Supporting projects from RFP to inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Skills

Proficiency in Unanet, Office 365, SharePoint, and Visio.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent business analysis capabilities with a focus on identifying trends and opportunities.
Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and tools.
Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Ability to drive process improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
