Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding operational issues
Prepare operational performance reviews with assigned accounts and support process improvement plans
Manage operational business relationship with assigned accounts
Communicate operational process changes to internal and external customers and support the implementation phase
Develop and implement processes and procedures alongside the accounts while abiding by company policies
Manage customer portals related to inventory, compliance and product information
Responsible for the management of financial disputes with consumer accounts

3+ years experience in a customer service / order management-based role
Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution facility supplying to large retail clients such as Home Depot, Lowes, or Canadian Tire
Experience with EDI and ERP
