Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Operations Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations for our solar products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management, as well as experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient installation of solar systems
Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales management
Experience in the solar industry strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
Understanding of regulatory requirements for the solar industry
