The Deal Desk is responsible for facilitating the successful execution of complex deals by optimizing deal configuration, ensuring data integrity and facilitating cross-team coordination of resources. The Deal Desk Analyst will own day to day Deal Desk functions in addition to being a strategic advisor to Flexe’s revenue teams through managing complex deal requests, operationalizing deal activity and providing structure in ambiguous areas.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Flexe technical capabilities.
Serve as an expert in standard deal types, pricing configurations and terms.
Ensure new deals meet standard pricing configuration and SLA expectations, tracking all custom terms and exceptions.
Manage opportunity tracking and status reports.
Identify opportunities to remove bottlenecks, resolve inconsistencies and improve efficiency in proposal and implementation processes.

What we are looking for?

1-3+ years of experience in contract negotiation, sales operations or similar teams.
Ability to read and understand contractual business terms and conditions.
Excellent project and task management skills, able to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously.
Strategic & analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Able to navigate complex deal structures and construct favorable outcomes for all parties.
