We are seeking a Sales Support Operations Specialist to join our growing team! As we expand into new markets, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales organization and enabling revenue growth. As a high-value business partner, you'll work closely with the sales team to provide effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools to help drive sales productivity.

As The Sales Support Operations Specialist, You Will

Manage and optimize sales data in our digital CRM

Track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Refine customer segmentation and assist with territory management to enhance and upsell processes

Prepare customer-facing bids and proposals for the sales team

Maintain procurement and contract records

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need

Proven work experience in sales operations or a similar role

Strong understanding of the sales process and high-level sales strategies to support the sales team

Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make suggestions for improvement

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat

You'll report directly to the President of our Product Solutions division and work in a professional remote office environment. While you'll need to be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time, we'll provide you with the tools and resources you need to establish a productive and professional remote workspace. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to attend and conduct virtual meetings throughout the workday and may be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
