What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Experience: 10-15 years in business or finance operations, including 5-7 years in a senior leadership role; experience in scaling Enterprise SaaS companies from \(100M to \)250M in recurring revenue is ideal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; exceptional leadership experience in a high-growth environment; proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives.
