A cutting-edge company that leverages an Insight Platform to collect data from diverse environments, empowering teams to efficiently manage vulnerabilities, detect malicious behavior, investigate and mitigate attacks, and automate operational processes is seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations leader to join as the Director of Sales Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute impactful operational programs that enhance forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and efficiency across the North American sales organization. The Director will collaborate with international teams to ensure proactive alignment.

As a key leader, the Director will work closely with Go-to-Market Executives and other cross-functional stakeholders, engaging at all levels of the organization. They will lead a team of sales operations professionals responsible for sales forecasting, territory planning, incentive planning, sales process optimization, sales policies, and resource allocation. Additionally, the Director will contribute to the development, reporting, and analysis of sales metrics, goals, and performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales operations and analytics experience, coupled with the ability to lead and inspire a team. They should have prior experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high-growth environment. The Director will be responsible for designing and managing sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, as well as facilitating pipeline reviews and establishing standardized metrics for sales performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the company's sales objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve sales operations efficiency, enhance sales processes, and drive revenue growth
Oversee Salesforce administration, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and user support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Salesforce workflows, automation, and customization to streamline sales processes.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process using Salesforce functionalities. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with sales enablement teams to develop and deliver Salesforce training programs to the sales team. Ensure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use Salesforce in their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high growth environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Management, Marketing, Business Administration
Sales experience a strong benefit
Experience in an analytical leadership role, and providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations within a software sales environment
Demonstrated ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Passion for leading a team and developing talent
Willing to roll up your sleeves, and pick up the shovel
Quick learner, curious and strong analytical skills; ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights and sound decision-making skills
