Business Applications Administrator

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization looking for a Business Applications Administrator to take ownership of their ERP platform and business applications. This is an opportunity to be the go-to technology expert across the business, driving process improvements, workflow automation, reporting, and system enhancements that directly impact operations.
What you'll be doing: * Serve as the primary administrator for ERP and core business applications
* Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership to improve business processes
* Lead workflow automation, reporting, system integrations, and application enhancements
* Build dashboards, analytics, and reports that support business decision-making
* Support user training, adoption, and ongoing application performance
* Collaborate with external technology partners and internal teams on upgrades and improvement initiatives
* Help modernize systems and drive digital transformation across the organization
What we're looking for: * 3+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications
* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred
* Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization
* Experience with reporting, workflow automation, and application support
* Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technology and business teams
