Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and managing Salesforce CPQ solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT, to design and implement efficient solutions that optimize our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
Manage and enhance existing CPQ processes, including pricing rules, product configuration, and quote generation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Develop and maintain CPQ-related workflows, approval processes, and integrations with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ issues, including bugs, system errors, and user-related issues.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features, recommending improvements to business processes as needed.
Work on Salesforce integrations with third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and process flows.
Participate in the creation of CPQ-related reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to sales teams.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, including hands-on configuration and administration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, methodologies, and integration strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex CPQ-related issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce CPQ certification (preferred) or other Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
