Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a standardized outreach plan for existing and potential clients, ensuring seamless integration across sales channels, client management, marketing and communications.
Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to devise growth strategies that drive exceptional results.
Establish measurable metrics to create accountability within the organization, aligning compensation and promotions accordingly.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key target clients, taking charge of prospecting and closing deals.
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making necessary adjustments to fuel sustainable growth.
Formulate both short-term and long-term strategies, including revenue forecasting, to drive consistent success.
Oversee the revenue cycle, from customer acquisition to engagement to success, ensuring optimal processes and outcomes.
Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals for sales department roles.
Bridge management gaps by building and training high-performing teams in Sales and Account Management.
Develop and implement robust sales management processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and proposals.
Lead the expansion of sales channels and the acquisition of new 3rd party resellers and partners.
Utilize customer research to provide strategic guidance for brand architecture and positioning.
