THE ROLE

The role of the Sales and Operations Coordinator will be to establish and build loyal relationships while growing the Herschel brand and increasing sales in the Key Accounts distribution channels. This person will work with multiple departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to oversee and assist in international objectives, procedures, and reporting.

On a day-to-day basis, the Sales and Operations Coordinator will:

Be a team player within our sales and operations department by supporting and assisting the growth of the brand.
Manage the EDI order file and order process from key accounts and reps through to shipping/invoicing
Maintain relationships and monitor warehouse operations, through frequent communication with warehouse contacts
Support key accounts retailers and sales reps with day to day and seasonal needs
Manage key account specific label, tagging, and ticketing requirements ensuring guidelines are followed
Assist with the preparation of seasonal product set-ups, including key account catalog services, and vendor portals
Assist with preparation of sales reports and reconcile sales reports to accounting and production
Prepare monthly reports summarizing customer inquiries & issues. Work with respective departments to suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce issues.
Continually establish, process, and monitor warranty programs
Research and resolve vendor claims and chargebacks
Prepare miscellaneous research reports as required by the sales and operations team
Support and assist any other departments in the sales, marketing and operations department as needed
Work with finance on A/R collections and invoicing coordination and any initiatives involving both departments.
Assist when needed in company financial audits; including reporting on inventory, sales on order, and shipping POD’s.
Act as the main point of contact in daily communications between both UK & EU distribution centres

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent Excel skills
Ability to foresee deadlines and plan accordingly
Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication and coordination with internal and external team.
Previous experience with ERP & B2B Sales platforms
Previous experience in customer service or performing coordination duties
Attention to detail and a strong ability to problem-solve.
Undergraduate degree required.
