Role Overview

As the CFO (CA), you will oversee and streamline all financial operations across the group companies. You’ll be the backbone of decision-making — ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, raising capital, driving AI-driven financial planning, and reporting directly to the leadership team from our Powai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage consolidated group finances across multiple verticals (Rice, Logistics, Foundation, Publishing, AI Ventures, and more).
Implement AI-driven financial dashboards for real-time decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and audit requirements.
Manage funding requirements, liaising with banks, investors, and government bodies.
Develop cost optimization strategies and internal financial controls.
Advise leadership on capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, and IPO readiness.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong background in corporate finance, audits, taxation, and compliance.
Experience managing group-level or multi-entity finances.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools, financial ERPs, or automation workflows is a plus.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
