Role Overview
As the CFO (CA), you will oversee and streamline all financial operations across the group companies. You’ll be the backbone of decision-making — ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, raising capital, driving AI-driven financial planning, and reporting directly to the leadership team from our Powai headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consolidated group finances across multiple verticals (Rice, Logistics, Foundation, Publishing, AI Ventures, and more).
- Implement AI-driven financial dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy for expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and audit requirements.
- Manage funding requirements, liaising with banks, investors, and government bodies.
- Develop cost optimization strategies and internal financial controls.
- Advise leadership on capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, and IPO readiness.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in corporate finance, audits, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience managing group-level or multi-entity finances.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, financial ERPs, or automation workflows is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
