We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal health
Manage accounting functions including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance
Evaluate and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices
Lead negotiations for major contracts, investments, and partnerships to maximize value
Oversee corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investor relations, and funding strategies
Drive business development initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements
Foster a high-performance organizational culture emphasizing integrity, transparency, and accountability

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent executive position
Strong expertise in negotiation, sales strategy, and business development
Extensive background in accounting principles, account reconciliation, and corporate finance
Demonstrated ability to manage risk effectively within complex organizational structures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Leadership qualities with experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial services industry standards
Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset to support long-term growth plans
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred
