We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

- Manage accounting functions including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance
- Evaluate and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices
- Lead negotiations for major contracts, investments, and partnerships to maximize value
- Oversee corporate finance activities such as capital raising, investor relations, and funding strategies
- Drive business development initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent executive position
- Strong expertise in negotiation, sales strategy, and business development

- Demonstrated ability to manage risk effectively within complex organizational structures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
