Summary

As the LoadUp CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our CRM platform to help us achieve our business objectives. Your primary goal will be to maintain the integrity of our CRM platform, streamline processes, ensure optimal performance, and enable teams to draw insights and maximize the potential of the platform. This role directly influences our sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM platform
Implement and refine workflows, manage data integrity, and configure HubSpot to meet business needs
Train and support users to ensure effective and efficient utilization of the system
Work closely with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions
Create reports and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making
Troubleshoot any issues related to the CRM system and work with HubSpot support as needed
Continually monitor the latest HubSpot updates and industry best practices to ensure we are maximizing the potential of the platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
HubSpot Certification is a plus
Extensive knowledge of the HubSpot CRM platform including workflows, pipelines, and reporting (2-3 years experience)
CRM Administration (2-3 years experience)
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting and using sales data to drive business decisions (2-3 years experience)
Excellent problem-solving skills while working independently and with a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical team members
