Join the team that’s changing the financial future of Australian businesses

Most CFO roles are about reporting on the past.

This one is about changing the future.

At Locmans Advisors, we're looking for an experienced Fractional CFO to partner with ambitious business owners and leadership teams, helping them make better decisions, build stronger businesses and create meaningful financial outcomes. You’ll work with a portfolio of privately-owned, growth-focused businesses, typically between $10m and $100m turnover, acting as the Finance Seat within their leadership team and helping turn strategy into execution.

You’ll be supported by an established team of experienced CFO peers. We provide the clients, the tools and the methodology, so you can focus on delivering real impact.

This isn’t an internal finance role.

This isn’t a consultant writing reports from the sidelines.

This isn’t a solo operator model.

You’ll be supported by an established team, proven methodology, internal resources and experienced CFO peers, allowing you to focus on delivering real impact for clients.
