Chief Revenue Officer (CRO): Driving Strategic Revenue Growth

We are seeking an experienced chief revenue officer (CRO) to develop and execute on sales and marketing strategy, team development and channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Work with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to design and execute strategic plans and develop new growth initiatives.
Performance Metrics: Define, implement, and oversee KPIs for our sales and marketing teams, keeping them aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
Sales Team Leadership: Grow the sales and account management teams from a current small group of tenured team members. Continuously foster an environment focused on revenue growth and business acceleration.
Marketing Team Leadership: Help the marketing team build excellent customer experiences and guide them through their ever-evolving customer acquisition strategies and projects.
Market Insight: Encourage complete understanding of market dynamics, ensuring our product and service offerings resonate with our target markets.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage with the board, delivering strategic updates and actionable insights.

Essential Qualifications

Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing strategic planning and revenue growth.
Proven track record of growing revenue through marketing, branding, and channel partnerships.
Data-driven decision-making experience.
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications

An advanced degree in business-related field.
Experience within B2B SaaS and/or other recurring revenue businesses. InsurTech a plus.
Proficiency in business productivity platforms.
