MadHive is looking for a strong billing analyst with experience in the ad-tech space to support our highly motivated and collaborative accounting, sales, product, and engineering teams in the US. The Revenue Operations department at MadHive is being built up, and this is an amazing chance to come in at the ground level and leave your mark.

We are looking for someone skilled at analyzing complex billing and operational issues, finding creative solutions, and efficiently resolving customer inquiries. We seek candidates who are highly resourceful, have exceptional communications skills, and are able to balance competing demands in a client-friendly manner.

What You'll Do:

Work with the Revenue Operations Manager to create operational processes and procedures to catalog and triage customer inbound inquiries
Identify the nature of the customer inquiries as they come in, and understand who, what, and how to get the customer what they need
Work cross-functionally with the Accounting, Engineering, and Sales teams to quickly resolve customer issues
Establish service level agreements (SLAs) by issue type and build mechanisms for accountability on multiple dimensions
Identify root cause of issues and work on plans for improvement
Partner with product and engineering teams to meet customer reporting requests as needed
Provide timely responses to clients and proactively work to get ahead of recurring client requests
Measure and report monthly on process improvement, creating feedback loops internally, and working toward better service and reducing customer issues

A problem solver who can work collaboratively across accounting, product, engineering, and sales to improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of billing and analytic experience (AdTech experience a plus)
Obsession with process, motivation and desire & ability to build
Ability to understand the big picture, and focus on the customer experience
Experience working with customers and providing excellent levels of service in an Accounts Receivable, Finops, or RevOps department
Familiarity with operationalizing process and continuous improvement methodologies
Desire to learn and understand complex technologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, ask the right questions, and get answers
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments
Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs and/or priorities.
Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Quickbooks/Netsuite a huge plus
Accounting experience/knowledge required
Experience with or Six Sigma certifications a bonus
Experience with SQL a huge bonus
