Job Summary

We are hiring a Management Executive / Business Operations Executive with MBA (IT/Marketing) background and diversified exposure across Tender Management, Operations, Finance, HR, MIS, and Business Coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates with a multifunctional mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple business processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage Government Tender & GEM-related activities
Coordinate operational activities and internal process management
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business data
Assist in HR activities including recruitment coordination and employee documentation
Support finance team in billing, invoices, records, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with departments for project execution and reporting
Handle data analysis, presentations, documentation, and process tracking
Assist management in strategic planning and administrative activities
Support event, IEC, social media, and project operations when required
Ensure timely reporting and smooth coordination across teams

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

MBA (IT / Marketing) – Preferred
BBA / BCA / B.Tech with relevant experience may also apply

Experience

1–5 years preferred
Freshers with strong technical and management skills may also apply

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS & Reporting
Basic understanding of Tendering & GEM Portal
Knowledge of HR, Operations & Finance coordination
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Multitasking and process management capabilities
Technical aptitude with business understanding
Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Candidates having exposure to:

Government projects

MIS reporting

Compensation

Salary: (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
