Job Summary
We are hiring a Management Executive / Business Operations Executive with MBA (IT/Marketing) background and diversified exposure across Tender Management, Operations, Finance, HR, MIS, and Business Coordination.
This role is ideal for candidates with a multifunctional mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple business processes in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Government Tender & GEM-related activities
- Coordinate operational activities and internal process management
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business data
- Assist in HR activities including recruitment coordination and employee documentation
- Support finance team in billing, invoices, records, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with departments for project execution and reporting
- Handle data analysis, presentations, documentation, and process tracking
- Assist management in strategic planning and administrative activities
- Support event, IEC, social media, and project operations when required
- Ensure timely reporting and smooth coordination across teams
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- MBA (IT / Marketing) – Preferred
- BBA / BCA / B.Tech with relevant experience may also apply
Experience
- 1–5 years preferred
- Freshers with strong technical and management skills may also apply
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS & Reporting
- Basic understanding of Tendering & GEM Portal
- Knowledge of HR, Operations & Finance coordination
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Multitasking and process management capabilities
- Technical aptitude with business understanding
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
