All About The Role

In this role, we're counting on you to:

Work with the sales team to ensure complete and correct data entry for all sales
Review new restaurant signups and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
Data entry/maintenance in various business systems, and coordinating audits/cleanups.
Support the sales team with regular training/feedback on sales rejections.
Manage case queues to an agreed SLA
Adhoc admin/operational tasks

Can you deliver…

Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:

Attention to detail and being process oriented is the core of this role
Experience working in CRM system such as Salesforce or Zendesk
Ability to communicate with a variety of diverse stakeholders
Ability to fully self manage and problem solve within boundaries
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working at a fast pace and time sensitive role
