All About The Role
Menulog is currently seeking a Sales Analyst to provide analysis and strategic direction to the Sales and wider Commercial teams to ensure they are targeting the most effective partners and regions. You will report into the Head of Sales Enablement and work closely with our BI Data Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management and Analysis
- Analyse key data that provides strategic insights into trends for our industry to maximise results for the sales team and wider commercial function
- Work with the BI Analytics team, analysing data to identify Partner growth opportunities
- Strategic analysis into new verticals and facilitation of knowledge sharing across the sales team and broader business
- Provide reports and direction to the sales team to manage time in market effectively, ensuring they maximise partner activity and results
- Work with key stakeholders across the organisation on key metric reporting
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to track against individual and team targets
- Support quarterly review of commission structure and lead tiers
- Assist with Commission enquiries and Commission Reconciliation
- Connecting Salesforce Reports to Sheets
- KPI Reporting for the Sales Enablement Team
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Can You Deliver… (required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies)
- At least 3 years of experience in Analytics
- Data Science Degree preferred
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Experience in Salesforce
- Experience in Tableau preferred
- Attention to detail
- Analytical Mind
- Self-motivated person who thrives in fast moving environments
- A confident self-starter with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent Communication Skills
