Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Millennium Health is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to work as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams enabling the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data to increase sales productivity and achieve company goals.

Essential Functions

Work as a liaison with Sales, Customer Service and Finance as the Salesforce system ambassador producing reports and dashboards and maximizing use of the system across the business
Liaise with FP&A and Sales to create and manage sales forecast
Support territory planning and alignment, working with Sales and Customer Service, using Territory Planning module in Salesforce
Facilitate sales contract administration and fulfillment using Salesforce and related tools
Work one on one with Sales to facilitate training and provide pipeline management support in Salesforce
Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to increase sales productivity
Create and maintain standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative sales analysis, provide support for sales programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and assess future needs and ensure data integrity
Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and develop effective processes to support operations with support of leadership

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
2-5 years in a related field required, Life Science Sales or Sales Operations experience a plus (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Laboratory)

Required Skills

Advanced experience with sales methodology and planning in Salesforce
Strong experience in Salesforce and Tableau or another BI tool
Knowledge of basic statistical functions for analysis a plus
High proficiency using advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying sizes and scope
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
