Help us build an AI-powered platform designed to improve how the world learns, thinks, organises and lives.

Mindsets.ai is developing an ambitious AI-powered life management platform and interconnected AI knowledge network, designed to help people navigate life's challenges, unlock their potential and improve their productivity, education and mental well-being.

Our vision is to create an intelligent ecosystem that brings together life management, mental health support, personalised education, research and world knowledge into one interconnected platform.

Rather than building another standalone AI application, we're working towards a platform that connects knowledge with action, helping individuals and organisations turn information into meaningful progress.

Our working product brings together several core innovations:

AI-Powered Life Management: Adaptive planning, intelligent organisation and personalised assistance to help people manage their lives, achieve goals and overcome challenges.
Mental Health & Well-being: AI-powered tools designed to support mental well-being, encourage positive behavioural change and help people navigate life's difficulties.
Personalised AI Education: AI-generated educational content, including personalised videos, designed to make learning more accessible, engaging and individually relevant.
Mindsets Nexus: Our vision for an interconnected world knowledge and education platform, organising information into intelligent knowledge branches that connect subjects, research and educational resources.
Intelligent Problem-Solving: Bringing together AI, knowledge and structured planning to help people explore solutions, make informed decisions and turn ambitious ideas into achievable outcomes.

Our long-term ambition is to create an interconnected AI ecosystem that contributes to a more knowledgeable, productive, organised and happier world.

We're now entering a pivotal stage.

With a working product under development, our immediate priorities are completing the core platform, securing pre-seed investment, establishing strategic partnerships and launching institutional pilots.

To achieve these ambitions, we're looking for an entrepreneurial financial leader who wants to help turn an ambitious technology startup into a funded, scalable business.

The Opportunity: Co-Founder & CFO

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer to join Mindsets.ai at an early stage and become a key member of our founding team.

This is more than a traditional CFO position. We're looking for someone who shares our ambition, recognises the commercial potential of AI and wants to play a meaningful role in building a company from the ground up.

You'll work directly alongside the founding team to develop our financial strategy, establish a compelling investment proposition and secure the external funding required to accelerate our growth.

You'll have the opportunity to influence the company's direction, business model, investment strategy and long-term development while sharing in the value you help create.

This is initially an equity-based opportunity, without an immediate salary. Our intention is to introduce competitive remuneration once sufficient external investment has been secured and the business can sustainably support it.

We're seeking a genuine business partner rather than someone simply looking for their next executive position.

Your Responsibilities

As Co-Founder & CFO, you'll take ownership of Mindsets.ai's financial strategy while playing a central role in fundraising, investor relationships and commercial development.

Financial Strategy & Business Development

Develop and lead the company's financial strategy, forecasts and financial models.
Build a scalable financial framework to support our product development, commercialisation and international growth ambitions.
Establish budgets, cash-flow forecasts and funding requirements.
Help evaluate revenue models, pricing strategies and commercial opportunities.
Advise the founding team on company valuation, investment structures and financial decision-making.
Establish appropriate financial controls, reporting processes and corporate governance.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Work alongside the founding team to develop and execute our pre-seed fundraising strategy.
Help create a compelling investment proposition that communicates Mindsets.ai's vision, technology, commercial potential and growth strategy.
Prepare financial projections, investor presentations and supporting investment documentation.
Identify and engage potential angel investors, venture capital firms and strategic investment partners.
Participate in investor outreach, pitches, negotiations and due diligence.
Help structure investment agreements and prepare the company for future funding rounds.
Develop and maintain relationships with investors and financial partners.

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Contribute to the wider commercial strategy and long-term direction of Mindsets.ai.
Help prioritise resources and investment across product development, market entry and growth opportunities.
Support the commercial and financial planning of institutional pilots and strategic partnerships.
Identify financial risks and opportunities as the business develops.
Work closely with the founding team to establish the foundations of a sustainable and scalable technology company.
Build and lead the finance function as Mindsets.ai grows.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with ambitious finance professionals who combine strong financial expertise with entrepreneurial thinking.

You don't necessarily need to have been a CFO before. We're equally interested in talented individuals who have the skills, experience and determination to grow into the position while helping us build the business.

Ideally, you'll bring experience in some combination of:

Startup finance, corporate finance, investment or financial management.
Fundraising, venture capital, angel investment or investor relations.
Financial modelling, forecasting and business planning.
Preparing early-stage companies for investment and due diligence.
Communicating financial information and commercial opportunities to investors.
Developing financial strategies for startups or high-growth businesses.
Commercial strategy, business development or scaling technology companies.

Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or a relevant finance or accounting degree are valuable. However, we place equal importance on commercial ability, entrepreneurial mindset and relevant practical experience.

Above all, we're looking for someone who:

Is genuinely excited about the potential of artificial intelligence and its positive applications.
Shares our ambition to build technology that can meaningfully improve people's lives.
Is comfortable with the opportunities and uncertainties of an early-stage startup.
Can think strategically while remaining practical and hands-on.
Has the confidence to engage investors and communicate an ambitious business vision.
Wants to take real ownership of the company's success.
Sees themselves as a co-founder first and CFO second.

Compensation & Equity

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity and does not provide a salary initially.

The successful candidate will receive an agreed equity stake in Mindsets.ai, subject to appropriate founder and shareholder agreements and vesting arrangements.

One of our immediate priorities is securing external investment to accelerate development, launch our institutional pilots and establish the foundations for commercial growth.

Our intention is to introduce a competitive CFO salary once sufficient funding has been secured and the business can sustainably support it.

The precise equity package, responsibilities and future remuneration will be discussed openly with suitable candidates before any commitment is made.

We're looking for someone who understands the nature of early-stage entrepreneurship and is motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful long-term value.

Why Join Mindsets.ai?

An opportunity to help build something with the potential to make a meaningful difference.

Artificial intelligence is creating new opportunities to transform how people access information, develop skills, manage their lives and overcome challenges.

At Mindsets.ai, we're bringing these possibilities together with an ambitious vision: an interconnected AI ecosystem designed to make knowledge more accessible and help people achieve better outcomes in their lives.

Joining our founding team means having the opportunity to:

Build with purpose: Help develop technology designed to improve productivity, education, mental well-being and access to knowledge.
Shape the company: Have a genuine influence on our financial strategy, commercial direction and long-term vision.
Become an owner: Receive meaningful equity participation in the company you help develop.
Lead our fundraising journey: Play a central role in securing pre-seed investment and establishing relationships with investors.
Enter at an early stage: Join while the foundations of the business are still being established, with the opportunity to shape its future.
Think beyond conventional boundaries: Work on an ambitious AI platform connecting life management, personalised education, research and world knowledge.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to manage the finances of an established company.

We're looking for a partner who sees the opportunity to build one.
