Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a CRO / Head of Sales.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious Chief Revenue Officer to join the Executive Team.

You will be a highly motivated and dynamic leader, with a proven track record of success in a similar role working group wide to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:-

Working with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the group
Revenue generation and the end-to-end sales lifecycle
Assist the CEO and sales team to develop and grow key customer relationships
Creating and overseeing the right processes between teams in the sales function to ensure the right collaboration occurs, to ensure efficiency in the revenue generating function
Be accountable for managing new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships
Demonstrate leadership and management of the sales teams to help them in their success and career progression
Implementing the right metrics and reporting across all stages of the sales lifecycle
Managing and allocating a financial budget and industry initiatives to maximise team performance
Be responsible for the success of lead generation activities
